Following on from the success of our two recent workshops, we are excited to bring another new event to you; Barre and Brunch with Emma on Sunday 12th June.
Whether you are a Barre pro or have never experienced a Barre class, this workshop will offer modifications throughout so everyone is welcome to work at a pace that suits them.
So what is Barre?
Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. The focus is on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body, improve posture and work on correct form. OneWellness Clubs has a tranquil, light and spacious studio where this class will take place. Emma’s Barre classes at OneWellness Clubs take place every week on:
Mondays 5:15pm-6pm Cardio Barre. An upbeat, high energy barre class combining both traditional barre style exercises with a cardio circuit format.
Wednesdays 6pm-6:45pm Barre for intermediate/advanced levels
Thursdays 1pm-1:45pm Barre for beginners.

Once the hard but fun work is over, you will relax and unwind in our peaceful wellbeing lounge with a selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, granola, hot beverages and juices to tuck into. If you have any dietary requirements, then please do let us know.
