Following on from the success of Septembers Festival of Wellbeing and back by popular demand, we are bringing another festival to the Club on Saturday 15th January with a day full of classes and wellbeing events to join in. With Blue Monday heading our way on Monday 17th January, our wellbeing event is sure to help combat low mood and put a spring firmly in your step!
We bring our community together and get people active, enjoying exercise and improving personal wellbeing in a safe environment. At OneWellness, we provide a welcoming and positive space for all, with activities geared to your level of comfort and ability. Our instructors know our members and bring people together through their shared passion of movement and post class coffee!
OneWellness has designed the Festival of Wellbeing to help you find the right fit for you. We welcome you to come along and try our fitness classes such as Zen Yoga, Barre, Pilates, sweat, dance cardio and more. Our classes aim to improve your mental and physical wellbeing and we have a fantastic team to help you work towards your wellbeing goals. Alongside the classes, we are excited to welcome Sweaty Betty, Hustle & Co Cafe and Mind charity PLUS two fantastic wellbeing workshops on nutrition and boosting your wellbeing.
Our classes are led by fitness experts who tailor each class to suit everyone and anyone with an interest in boosting their physical fitness levels whilst increasing positive wellbeing. We exist to encourage a healthier lifestyle and understand the importance of staying physically and mentally well at any stage in life.
The Festival will take place at our bespoke facilities in Mowbray Square, Harrogate.
