Mental Wellbeing Boosting Yoga Workshop

Come along and join our next wellbeing workshop with Jess for a 90 minute Mental Wellbeing Boosting Yoga and Meditation class on Sunday 8th May at 11am to kickstart Mental Health Awareness week starting on Monday 9th May.

This years theme is loneliness so we are bringing our local community together to practice a gentle Sunday flow in our warm, inviting and calming studio. The workshop starts at 11am and concludes at 12:30pm with a positive meditation and manifestation to leave you feeling confident, relaxed and ready to enjoy your Sunday. Attendees are welcome to arrive at 10:30am for a warming herbal tea ⭐

This workshop is aimed at all yoga abilities and Jess will provide modifications throughout so you can work at your own pace. We have limited spaces available so don’t delay reserving your space by completing the form below.

Tickets are £16 to non members and £14 to members with only 10 spaces available so don’t delay booking your space!
