We are open for classes!

Our team of instructors welcome you to take part in classes with fellow health and wellbeing enthusiasts. This is an ever evolving timetable to suit the needs of our members so please get in touch and tell us what kinds of classes and times suit your new-normal routine.

Our group exercise classes will help to mix up your routine, whatever your fitness level. From yoga and Pilates sessions to cardio and strength there’s a number of instructor-led classes on offer, giving you the chance to make friends and achieve new goals.

All classes are included in your monthly membership so you can do as many classes as you wish. Or if you just want to book a class you can buy a class pass or a class pack saving you money.
