We are seeking to recruit two new members to the OneWellness Clubs team in the roles of Physiotherapist and Wellbeing Host and would love to hear from you if you are interested.
Wellbeing Host
This is an exciting opportunity and will play an important role in driving growth of OneWellness Clubs Harrogate. The role will be focused on improving member experience, having a member focused approach and communication with with our members professionally, compassionately offering exceptional levels of customer service.
The role requires someone with experience in customer relations and will work closely with our Head of OneWellness, Wellbeing Development Manager, Studio Coordinator and Lead Coach and team of instructors.
We are also looking for someone with a background in and a good understanding of the health and fitness industry with a track record of customer service.
Working with the Studio Coordinator and Lead Coach, the Wellbeing Host will be responsible for influencing and operationalising the company’s wellbeing and fitness programme, engaging with our members and stakeholders.

Physiotherapist
As a Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of the services we offer to support a healthy mind and body. You are required to work as an autonomous practitioner in providing physiotherapy assessments and treatments and goal setting to own designated caseload of patients. You will strive to improve health and wellbeing and people’s experiences of physiotherapy and to value excellence and professionalism wherever you find it.
You are required to maintain up to date physiotherapy records in line with professional standards and to use evidence based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
