OneWellness closes its doors for the last time – thank you for 5 amazing years of wellbeing
Over the last 5 years we have been proud of our OneWellness service from Mowbray Square, in Harrogate. It has been a privilege working with so many great people to deliver health and wellbeing services to the fantastic community.
OneWellness has been part of our company’s vision to build and deliver better health and wellbeing in communities. It has been an innovative service that we are very proud of.
We are particularly proud of what our amazing team have achieved through their hard work over the last 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic. Supporting people within Harrogate with their wellbeing through what has been a difficult time for many.
As we emerge from the global pandemic there are new challenges across the health sector, the NHS is under more pressure than ever before. As a NHS health care provider we remain focused and committed to working with our stakeholders and system partners with these challenges. We are continuing to provide the very best care possible for our patients. This is across our urgent and primary care services in the UK contributing to the post pandemic NHS recovery plan.
Our mission as a company is to build a healthier future for all, through our NHS services and health estate developments, by delivering more inclusive and fairer care services. By providing great access to care patients’ needs and ensuring better health outcomes for individuals and communities we are helping to tackle the health challenges we are facing in the 21st century.
As a company we have decided now to close the doors of OneWellness for the last time on 1st October 2022. We know this will be a sad day for all those involved in making the service a success. We would like to thank everyone at OneWellness for their work and service over the past 5 years. We also thank our members for their unwavering loyalty, custom and support. You have all made OneWellness a special place to be.
Our focus will remain on supporting the team and making sure we close-down our services in the best way possible for all, and to allow everyone to enjoy the club to the fullest until we close.

What this means for your future payments
If you are on an auto pay, we have done the hard work for you. Depending on your payment date we have reduced your membership payment to a pro rata amount, which will take your membership to 30 September 2022. After your September payment, we will take no further payments.
For members paying monthly and not set up with a recurring payment, there will be a pro-rata membership option to buy throughout September. You will need to speak to a member of the team to do this. Please contact us on 01423 568212 or email the club at hello@onewellnessharrogate.co.uk.
You will continue to have full use of the club until our final day of operating which is Friday 30 September 2022.
We will refund any memberships or class packs running beyond 30 September, for the duration that you have paid for beyond our closure date.
Class packs
Only single classes will be available to buy in September at a reduced price of £6.00 per class in preparation for closure. The option to buy multiple class packs is no longer available. If you experience any difficulty booking your classes through Mindbody please call the club on 01423 568212 and we will help you to make your booking, or email hello@onewellnessharrogate.co.uk.
Beyond 30 September 2022
Our team of instructors operate at other venues in the area so If you wish to keep seeing your instructors they will tell you on how this to do this. But, this will not be operating under OneWellness and will need be agreed between you and your instructor.
